Terms of Service
These terms govern access to GH600 Lab, including the free diagnostic, paid scenario banks, readiness reports, and team access.
1. Agreement and eligibility
By accessing or purchasing GH600 Lab, you agree to these terms and our Privacy and Refund Policies. You must be legally able to enter a contract in your country. If you use the product for an organization, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it.
2. What GH600 Lab provides
GH600 Lab provides original educational scenarios based on publicly available Microsoft and GitHub objectives and documentation. Features may include diagnostics, mock exams, targeted drills, answer explanations, progress reports, and team readiness views.
3. Independent product
GH600 Lab is independent and unofficial. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by GitHub, Microsoft, Pearson VUE, or the official GH-600 exam. No real, recalled, leaked, or unauthorized exam content is included.
4. Access and acceptable use
Your purchase grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the content included in your plan. Team seats may be used only by the number of learners purchased.
- Do not share, resell, scrape, republish, or distribute questions, explanations, access codes, or account sessions.
- Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or use automated systems to extract the content bank.
- Do not submit recalled or confidential exam material through issue reports or other forms.
Access may be suspended or revoked for fraud, abuse, unauthorized sharing, security threats, or a material breach of these terms.
5. Payments and delivery
Prices and included access are shown before checkout. Payments made through Paddle are sold and processed by Paddle as merchant of record; Paddle’s Buyer Terms also apply to that transaction. Access is normally delivered electronically after confirmed payment. Taxes and supported payment methods are determined at checkout.
Refunds and statutory withdrawal rights are described in our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual property
GH600 Lab’s original scenarios, explanations, interface, branding, and supporting materials are protected content. GitHub, Microsoft, GH-600, and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the relevant technologies or certification.
7. Availability and changes
We may correct scenarios, reject inaccurate items, update mappings, improve features, or temporarily interrupt access for security and maintenance. We will not materially reduce paid access without providing a reasonable remedy where required by law.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The product is provided for educational use and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, a particular score, certification success, employment outcomes, or compatibility with every device.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GH600 Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Any aggregate liability relating to a paid order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
