Refund Policy
We want buyers to have a clear route when access fails, the product is materially defective, or the purchase is not a good fit.
1. Seven-day goodwill policy
Team packs and scheduled cram calls are reviewed individually because access may be allocated across learners or time may have been reserved. Contact us before substantial use or at least 24 hours before a scheduled call where possible.
2. Technical problems and incorrect delivery
If paid access is not delivered, cannot be restored, or the product has a material technical defect that we cannot reasonably correct, contact us with the purchase email and a description of the problem. We may restore access, provide a replacement, or approve an appropriate refund.
3. How to request a refund
For Paddle purchases, use the receipt or buyer-support link in your transaction email, visit paddle.net, or email support@gh600lab.com from the purchase address. Include your order reference and the reason for the request. Never send complete card details.
Paddle is the merchant of record for Paddle transactions and processes approved refunds under its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. Refund timing depends on the original payment method and provider.
4. When a discretionary refund may be declined
- The request falls outside the seven-day goodwill period and no mandatory legal right or material defect applies.
- At least 25% of the paid scenario access has been consumed.
- There is evidence of account sharing, content extraction, fraud, chargeback abuse, or another breach of the Terms.
- The request concerns exam results, failure to pass, or a change of exam date rather than a defect in GH600 Lab.
5. Consumer rights
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights, including rights applying to faulty, misdescribed, or unfit digital products and any statutory withdrawal period available in your country. Where applicable law or Paddle’s policy provides greater protection, that protection applies.
6. Effect of a refund
A full refund ends the related paid entitlement and access sessions. Partial refunds, when approved, may change the plan, seat count, or access scope associated with the purchase.
